My Fruitive Challenge: Day Nine — Weight Tracking

 I have used My Fitness Pal app for over 5 years to track my multiple attempts to lose weight. I reviewed the data today. The app let me zoom out to see five years worth of peaks and valleys. I noticed that my diets tend to start in the summer then I give up in the fall. I peak at Christmas and then slope down some as New Year’s Resolution season starts. This year is no different except the fact that I called my healthy brother to help me out and coach me for a year. It seems to be working so far!
