My Fruitive Challenge: Day 29 — Diversity of Fruits and Vegetables

 A diversity of fruits and vegetables is fundamental for optimal fiber fueled gut health according to Will Bulsiewicz in his book Fiber Fueled. 30+ different types per week is what research has shown to be optimal. I pulled out my Fitness Pal app to count the variety of plant based foods I have consumed this past week: oh yeah. I’m definitely over 30 types, which confirms that I’m a diverse eater as I suspected because I load up my meals with a delicious mix every meal.
