My Fruitive Challenge: Day 20 — Jogging

 Today I read about Eric O’Grey picking up jogging with his dog Peety. He had already lost 130 lbs in 6 months with a WFPB diet and by walking Peety everyday. His doctor encouraged him to take up a physical fitness program with a group of people, like a Zoomba class. He researched his options and decided to join a running club.

Like him, I don’t prefer to run but I can try it. I committed to jog 1/3 of a mile everyday up and down my long driveway to check the mail, instead of getting it when  drive by the mail box.

I did it! I’m a little out of breath. But I’m good with it.
