My Fruitive Challenge: Day 21 — Missing Processed Food

Do I miss processed food? Of course I do.

Do I miss added salt, oils, and sugar? Absolutely!

Enough to o cheat on my commitment to WFPB SOS-Free living? Not a chance!

I’ve grown very fond of my freedom from debating with myself whether to buy or not to buy processed foods for myself, or to eat or not to eat of anything that others are enjoying. Actually, I’m hanging in on there and enjoying it!

My latest favorite topping is jalapeño pepper! I love it! I know my heat limits at least. It’s added a nice flavorful dimension to my rice bowls.
